Ryan is a Partner with the firm who successfully represents general contractors, developers, and subcontractors in a variety of construction defect matters from the Notice of Claim process through Arbitration or Trial, including large, complex, multi-party litigation concerning residential and commercial construction projects within the State of Colorado.  Ms. Thompson has significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation from pre-litigation negotiation through discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial.  In 2025 Ryan was named a “Top Lawyer” by 5280 Magazine for her outstanding achievements and recognition in construction-defect litigation.
