Theodore A. Wells

Ted is a Partner with the firm. He practices commercial and construction litigation. Before joining Allen & Curry, Ted clerked for the Honorable Nancy M. Saitta of the Nevada Supreme Court. While clerking, Ted researched and analyzed a broad variety of complex legal issues including civil and criminal procedure, deficiency judgments, home owners associations, public records requests, open meeting laws, the recoverability of attorney fees and costs, and constitutional law.

Ted graduated cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law where he served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business.
