Michael P. Curry
Michael is the director and shareholder of the firm. Mr. Curry obtained a B.S., in finance with a minor in economics from Miami (Ohio) University in 2000. While there, he studied abroad in Luxembourg, and then enrolled at Case Western Reserve University, where he graduated in 2004 with a joint J.D. / M.B.A degree.
Michael is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell and was selected for inclusion in Colorado Super Lawyers Magazine, Rising Stars Edition in 2012-2018, and then selected as a “Super Lawyer” from 2019-2025. 5280 Magazine selected him as a “Top Lawyer” in 2025. He is also a member of the Colorado Bar Fellows Program.
Michael’s practice centers on general litigation, construction law, product liability, premises liability, recreational law (including ski / snowboard / rafting accidents), homeowner association issues, transportation law (trucking/aviation), and insurance coverage and disputes.
